Our IDRC Program
Screenings
The 12-hour IDRC class is broken into two consecutive days & we offer a warm environment to learn. The purpose of the class is to provide information on DUI laws regarding substance use while operating a vehicle, psychoeducation, the impact of substance use on physical and mental health & healthy alternatives. The class is offered in English and Spanish. The platform also offers a subtitle feature to translate in 80+ languages & the CC feature may assist hearing impairments.
Screenings
Our IDRC Program
Screenings
Each individual required to complete the IDRC program is provided a substance use screening. The is required for every IDRC program in New Jersey in accordance with NJAC 10:162. The screening is conducted by a trained counselor in a private and professional setting. Information reported in the screening is confidential.

Our IDRC Program
The Gloucester & Camden County IDRC is operated by Advanced Counseling Services. The IDRC staff has vast experience with both IDRC and counseling services. Each staff member has a college degree and post-graduate training. The director, Amber Monserrate, began working for IDRC in 2011 and is a dully licensed therapist. Advanced Counseling Services is operated separately from the IDRC program providing psychotherapy.
